Of course there will be plenty of time to savour the beach, go for a surf or just relax in the hammock on your terrace.

All classes + workshops will be taught in English with translation into german being available at all times. Please find here all information in german about the Retreat.

Yoga.

Each morning will begin with meditation and breathing exercises followed by an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Practice. All Levels are welcome: everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners will be individually guided and supported in the Mysore Style class environment. If you are familiar with the self-conducted practice (Mysore Style) you will get plenty of new inspiration and deepen your understanding for the finer details of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Those being new to this method will develop a thorough foundation of strength, flexibility and equanimity and learn to practice a small sequence on their own that can later be practiced at home and in any Ashtanga Yoga studio.

Morning practice (2,5 hrs): Meditation. Pranayama. Vedic Chanting (PYS). Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style and/or conducted classes.
Workshops (3 afternoons à 2 hrs): Alignment in asanas and applied anatomy. Yoga-Philosophy in relation to modern life. Pranayama exercises. Q&A.

Jois as well as with Sharat Jois) and participating in an extensive Training with Richard Freemann. Besides of being a student of Dena, Annette assists her regularly on international workshops and retreats.

Daniel is specifically  trained to apply Yoga in a therapeutic sense. He is enthusiastic about the sitting practice of pranayama and meditation with Emil Wendel being his teacher for many years.
