Join Tommy Rosen and Kia Miller for a rejuvenating week of recovery, yoga and relaxation in one of Costa Rica’s finest retreat centers.  The Blue Spirit Retreat Center overlooks the Pacific Ocean and a three mile long white sand beach, which is a turtle preserve. Each day offers an a sunrise Kundalini Yoga set and meditation, 12-Step meetings, Morning Vinyasa (Flow) yoga class , afternoon yoga and recovery workshops and plenty of time to relax and explore the surroundings. The food is excellent. The amazing jungle simply must be experienced. For the explorers among us, there is surfing, swimming, zip-lining through the canopy, white water rafting and horseback riding.
